Founding advisory board
We’re inviting a small group of FDE leaders, practitioners and industry voices to guide the framework and the Council’s direction. Members will be named here once they’ve confirmed in writing.
What the board does
- Reviews framework drafts
- Advises on the job task analysis and validation
- Guards independence and conflict-of-interest rules
- Helps set community priorities
Who we’re looking for
Balance, not names:
- Practicing FDEs and FDE leaders from AI labs, AI-native and enterprise software companies
- Hiring leaders
- People with credentialing, education or workforce research experience
No single company or industry holds a majority of seats. The founding board is drawn from North America.
Independence
Advisors declare conflicts of interest. Anyone who trains FDE candidates is kept apart from any future assessment work.
