Practitioner-to-practitioner conversations about what forward deployed engineering really involves: discovery, building in messy environments, evaluation, handover, and how teams hire and grow FDEs.
Format
About 35–45 minutes, every two weeks once we launch. Video, audio and a full transcript for each episode.
Recurring question
We’ll ask every guest “What’s one thing a hiring manager should test for?” The answers feed back into the framework.
Editorial independence
Episodes are editorial. Guests aren’t paid placements, and an appearance doesn’t imply endorsement either way.
